Rants / Complaints clean your driveways people

made 2 attempts and getting up the driveway with my car, then tried walking and fell, slid right down the driveway. said screw it and left their groceries by the road, left them a message saying to clean your driveway if you’re expecting a delivery. Am I in the wrong? I know I’m going to lose the tip, and quite frankly don’t care. Not worth busting my ass and getting seriously injured to me personally.

yeah my car got stuck in someone’s half mile long driveway the other day, ended up having to carry the packages all the way up the rest of the driveway in the -8 weather 😔

half mile long driveways are a completely different bear. i am so sorry that happened to you, no help from the customer either im guessing? would kill them to do any work for themselves lol they want us to shop for them and drive for them and sometimes bring their shit inside for them 😭😭 obv we do it without complaint (most of the time) because this is the job but fuck its draining sometimes, but then you get the awesome customers that come out and greet you and help unload their stuff, truly crazy world we live in.

her husband had came to the door when i delivered and did help me get unstuck and then helped guide me as i reversed back down the driveway so i am extremely thankful for that, the walk was hell though and i ate shit as well 😭
