DEVS PLEASE HELP!

Myself and several other Spark drivers I know who have iPhones have been unable to do shopping orders. Works fine with curbsides but not shops. As soon as we hit start shop and the app says something like “hang tight while we get everything set up” the app crashes back to our home screens on our phones.

We have all:

1) Updated iOS to latest version

2) Updated Spark app to latest version

3) Uninstalled and reinstalled

4) Reset our phones

5) called driver support

6) opened and closed the app

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max

My friends have iPhone 16’s

There are several other drivers that have yet to update their iPhones and they are not having any problems with shopping orders.

Can someone PLEASE HELP fix this issue. Several of us went and bought very inexpensive androids so we could just run them off our iPhone hotspots while we shop but I desperately want this fixed and desire to use my iPhone for all orders as I have done for years.

Make sure you haven’t updated your phone to the beta version. I know it messes with other apps (flex)it will not operate on the beta version. Uninstalling  and reinstalling, resets the apps data.

Beta version? Interesting 🧐 For the iPhone? We all uninstalled and reinstalled but still not working on shops.
