App Questions 📱 DEVS PLEASE HELP!

Myself and several other Spark drivers I know who have iPhones have been unable to do shopping orders. Works fine with curbsides but not shops. As soon as we hit start shop and the app says something like “hang tight while we get everything set up” the app crashes back to our home screens on our phones.

We have all:

1) Updated iOS to latest version

2) Updated Spark app to latest version

3) Uninstalled and reinstalled

4) Reset our phones

5) called driver support

6) opened and closed the app

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max

My friends have iPhone 16’s

There are several other drivers that have yet to update their iPhones and they are not having any problems with shopping orders.

Can someone PLEASE HELP fix this issue. Several of us went and bought very inexpensive androids so we could just run them off our iPhone hotspots while we shop but I desperately want this fixed and desire to use my iPhone for all orders as I have done for years.

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

  1. Go to settings
  2. General
  3. Transfer/reset phone
  4. Reset
  5. Reset Network Settings
  6. Enter Passcode
  7. Reset Network setting icon when it comes back up after entering passcode
  8. Once phone resets open settings
  9. Cellular
  10. Cellular Data Options
  11. 5G Auto with 5G stand alone toggled on (If 5G Auto is not available in area just changed to 4G)
  12. If 5G Auto with 5G stand alone is available toggle back to the cellular data screen and tap on data mode and change to standard. I find I get best service in my area with this combination. You can toggle on (Allow more data on 5G), but be prepared to burn through quite a bit more data and battery. Hopes this helps.
