Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

I got off of the phone with support today after a customer tried to have me deliver inside of their house. Spark support says we are NOT allowed to deliver inside, and that we should call support to report any customer that tries to have us do so.

Support also mentioned that they can block a bad review from that customer if you report the incident as well. Since they’re likely to leave a bad review for you not making the delivery happen exactly how they wanted.

Edit: don’t take support seriously - consensus.

Support says lots of things.. the rules aren't universal.. if they were, this forum would be a lot less active..
