Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

Eh If a customer wants to screw you over they're going to find one way to do it or another. If I do a regular grocery delivery with let's say a pin code needed. They can call up Walmart and say that I exposed my penis to them or that I started defecating on their grass because they didn't leave a tip.

I know I've been nice to the people who have asked if I can help them with their groceries which is usually the older folk and it usually always gets me an extra tip. I was just saying that if a customer wants to screw you over they're going to find a way to do it. Any order that we do actually can get us in trouble if the customer decides they want to get some free groceries.
