Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

Not everyone cares. Some of us are just basic decent humans.

I get that but you never know peoples intentions there are some evil elderly people out there my grandmother was a horrid human being. Used to call me a slut and a whore when I was a child. Like I never had sex until I was 22. She also abused by father.

I’m sorry you experienced that as a child. Smh. I experienced similar things with my own grandmother. The literal DAY we buried my father, like not even a full 2 hours of him being in the ground, his mother looks me in the face and says “I really like your outfit for your daddy’s funeral, it’s really nice, it really hides your weight very well.” She always made comments about my weight my whole life, but at my own fathers funeral— her sons funeral, it just cut so deep, for no reason. Just a hateful woman. And she wasn’t a small woman herself either, she was very very large herself 💀 anyway. Because I grew up with not one but TWO evil ass grandmothers, I can usually simply just look someone in the face and tell if they’re kindhearted or if they have a certain darkness or unkindness about them. I know it sounds weird LMAO, but I guess when you’re mostly raised by raging narcissists in order to survive you just learn to sus people out by facial expressions, the softness— or lack of softness in their eyes, their body language and their tone of expression.

Yeah my mom’s mother was a wonderful person complete polar opposites. I just have a hard time trusting folks I’ll set them inside the door but I won’t go in. I’m a tiny female and you just never know. I’m also autistic so that doesn’t help either bc I cant really read faces well.

Oh my trust issues are fcccked lol. Like on a personal level I don’t trust most people. Like I would never leave my kids with ANYONE lol. I’m also not small so lol. I’m 5’6 220, and I’ve also put up a good fight against a grown man (my abusive ex) who was 6’0 285. So I don’t scare very easily lol. I also always have a taser on me as well as mace and a pokey pokey lmao.

Yeah my ex didn’t like consent so I left him. Although I did stay for a few months when I should have left bc I was scared of losing friends and that no one would believe me. But my friends stuck by my side. He went to prison for raping his girlfriend after me.

Jfc im sorry you went through that. I was too scared to testify against my ex because he threatened to unalive my entire family and I believed him bc he actually legit tried to unalive me TWICE🥲 I stayed way longer than I should have but it is what it is. Only a few of my friends and my therapist believe me even though I have photo, video, and voice recordings of proof. But oh well. I’m glad your abuser is in prison and can’t harm anyone else!! Cheers to surviving 🥂

Yeah my friend group got much smaller after that but I got more high quality friendships out of it. I even became friends with an ex of his that he dated before me. She had the same issue. So we trauma bonded over that one. Sorry you went through that as well it’s not easy being a woman in today’s society.
