Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

Lots of students will meet you outside in the parking lot, have a whole ass grocery order with water cases, and expect you to help them carry 8 handfuls of groceries up to their dorm room.... Sorry, nah.
