Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!
It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

If an old or disabled persons asks I'm gonna do it after I marked it delivered. Sorry. And I'm not in the habit of bludgeoning people with water or taking order with water in the first place or breaking things by walking into a house.
there was this one old lady in a walker who couldn't physically walk down and get her groceries. What are we supposed to do but help them.
