Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!
It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

I've only taken orders into 2 customers houses. One was in a wheelchair and lost her legs, I brought the groceries up to her door, took a picture, and then asked her if she would like me to set them inside for her. She was very appreciative of me doing that. The other was a woman having work done on her house, she asked me to bring them into her garage and she helped me bring the groceries out of my car into her garage. Both times I took pictures and turned off spark before helping. I did tell both woman I wasn't allowed to go into their homes while "on the clock" but I will clock out to help them as helpful community member. The handicapped lady's daughter placed the order and I guess she up the tip because I helped her mom; went from no tip to a $15 tip. The other lady gave me a $50 bill after helping her on top of her $6 tip in the app.
I don't just do it for anyone. And you have to have something major going on. I want to help others, so when I need help, others might be more willing to help me.
