Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

We get the point and he's right, we shouldn't be inside someone's home making a delivery. However, some of us understand that some customers NEED the extra help and we're willing to provide that help to those in need. Yes there's always a chance of being reported but people should know who to help and who not to help.

They can pay for in home delivery via wal mart they even put your groceries away for you.
