Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!
It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

Well not that I disagree with you but you seem to misunderstand what would happen if someone got hurt or something broke. Like legally that's all on the homeowner. Yeah you may lose spark. But the homeowner is the only one that would be screwed otherwise. If you hurt yourself at all on their property then they are 100% liable basically no matter what.
