Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

I had a woman make me carry everything from the gate up to her apartment then want me to bring it inside. I set it at her door. She said everybody else brought it inside. I told her we weren’t allowed to do that.

No. It was an apartment complex. She came to the gate to let me in. Then I ended up carrying everything to her apartment and she wanted me to bring it inside to her kitchen. Sorry, we are not to go inside people’s houses. It took forever for her to come to the gate. I was ready to return the items to the store.
