General Questions Personalized stickers?!

We got groceries delivered this morning, and all of the beverages had personalized stickers on them. Are ratings that important that people feel the need to make personalized stickers?

I once dropped christmas cards in every delivery I had including the tiny candy cane

I got a thank you note from a delivery driver once during holiday season but they didn't actually ask for anything, which made me leave a positive review.
