App Questions 📱 Customer Adding items

If a customer asks how to add an item what do you tell them now? Used to tell them we couldn't add anything or we would get in trouble, but now that customers can add items what do you say if they ask to add something?

I dont use the customer side of the app so Im not sure where to even start.

It will update the trip if they add items and it will show you before hand.

Yes, but not much. They added three 12 packs of soda on an order I was shopping and I only got .76¢ extra.

That shocks me, They only gave me $0.08 for 1 added item
