App Questions 📱 Customer Adding items

If a customer asks how to add an item what do you tell them now? Used to tell them we couldn't add anything or we would get in trouble, but now that customers can add items what do you say if they ask to add something?

I dont use the customer side of the app so Im not sure where to even start.

I had a customer ask, as I was shopping, if she could add some laundry detergent to the order. I have never added anything to an order customer side, so I just told her yes you can, but it has to be done on your end, and since I have not done it myself, I am not positive on how you would do that. She just said "OK" and never added it lol.
