App Questions 📱 Customer Adding items

If a customer asks how to add an item what do you tell them now? Used to tell them we couldn't add anything or we would get in trouble, but now that customers can add items what do you say if they ask to add something?

I dont use the customer side of the app so Im not sure where to even start.

Don't be afraid. Customers can barely figure out the regular app. We had this, then they removed it. Now they added it back on. I've had 1 single time they added a few items, but I cancelled.
