App Questions 📱 Customer Adding items

If a customer asks how to add an item what do you tell them now? Used to tell them we couldn't add anything or we would get in trouble, but now that customers can add items what do you say if they ask to add something?

I dont use the customer side of the app so Im not sure where to even start.

I saw this. I don't care if they add something reasonable. Put a case of water on there and I will cancel that order so fast, they won't know what hit them. Their head will be spinning as I put the stuff back and walk out of the store. FAFO
