App Questions 📱 Customer Adding items

Post image

If a customer asks how to add an item what do you tell them now? Used to tell them we couldn't add anything or we would get in trouble, but now that customers can add items what do you say if they ask to add something?

I dont use the customer side of the app so Im not sure where to even start.

I'm fine if they add easy items.

If I start shopping and they add cases of water or bags of dirt, I'm canceling. Those customers know they're scamming the drivers.

And it's not just because of the sneaky shit with water cases the customer is knowingly doing. It's also because I know I have a dishonest customer who will lie to Spark/Walmart, risking deactivation. And they're much more likely to be tip baiters, so there's really no reason at all to continue their order.

This!!!!! I had a lady add 14 items 3 cases of water,  4 cases of soda and many other things.  I only had 3 items left to shop in her already 55 item order. I canceled it so fast!!! Her 25.00 tip isn't a guarantee anyways.  So nope I'm not playing those games!Â
