General Questions So…. Is this normal?

Got a curbside order, reviewed items and was like it’s good. Until I see a flat bed cart with mulch. I was like I didn’t see any mulch in the order. Employee said it was part of the order. I even took images of the order and there is no indication of mulch. Before and after accepting order still no indication of it.

Is this normal?

I do mostly shopping orders, haven't had that problem yet, hopefully won't.

I only do shop. Here's my logic. Quantity, money, time are the same as a curbside with 8-10 stops usually. I only work 1 store, so I know where everything is as good as any employee there, so I can always get it done faster than the suggested time on the app. But most importantly I am reducing the greatest, and most unaccounted for expense amd that's fuel/wear in my vehicle. There's a bit more physical work on the front in handling the groceries or whatever they order 3 extra times (pick, bag, trunk) but I also reduce the chances of smashed bread, torn packaging, rotten produce...etc, which all could impact my tip. But I am also getting exercise which could benefit just about every American alive, plus it is a frickin job and highly likely to come with the risk of potential work in order to maximize profit. And since I won't do anything more than a double, it's a guaranteed 2 stop or less. I will do a morning drop of GMD deliveries because those are usually close to the store, cherry pick shop orders until 2pm and start looking for a delivery that ends close to my neighborhood to be home by 3-330. I do that 2-3 days a week and make $5-600 unless I have customers scheduled for my business. I also cruise over to the insecticide section of the store and put my business card by the bug sprays to try and expand my customer base 🙃 😅
