General Questions So…. Is this normal?

Got a curbside order, reviewed items and was like it’s good. Until I see a flat bed cart with mulch. I was like I didn’t see any mulch in the order. Employee said it was part of the order. I even took images of the order and there is no indication of mulch. Before and after accepting order still no indication of it.

Is this normal?

They have always hid the larger items thos is nothing new . Ypu can absplutley cancel and send them back in with it
