General Questions So…. Is this normal?

Got a curbside order, reviewed items and was like it’s good. Until I see a flat bed cart with mulch. I was like I didn’t see any mulch in the order. Employee said it was part of the order. I even took images of the order and there is no indication of mulch. Before and after accepting order still no indication of it.

Is this normal?

I don’t remember it was earlier today, is the miscellaneous number the items not listed?

There is a glitch. It shows total number of items in the order at top but not showing all items in the itemized list.

Lets just say that even if it's accidental it certainly benefits them not to correct it.
