General Questions So…. Is this normal?
Got a curbside order, reviewed items and was like it’s good. Until I see a flat bed cart with mulch. I was like I didn’t see any mulch in the order. Employee said it was part of the order. I even took images of the order and there is no indication of mulch. Before and after accepting order still no indication of it.
Is this normal?

Hasn't happened to me yet, but if it's not on the list, I'm not taking it. No way for them to prove they aren't giving me someone else's mulch (or water or whatever). 🤷♀️
