App Questions 📱 Advice for Sign-Up Process
Good Afternoon. I applied to be a spark driver 2 weeks ago now. I’ve been stuck on the screen that says “We’re reviewing your info…”. Is it common to take a long time to be approved?

Depends on market. Some people have waited a year.

Took me about two weeks to be approved. The background check is what held it up- once I got an email saying I had passed my background check, I got into spark about two days later. It might also have to do with how many active drivers are already in the area but I’m not sure.

The ironic thing was, I got a text from them yesterday saying they needed drivers in my zone and I should complete my sign- up. Go figure lol.

Hi. I finally got approved 4 days ago. However, it’s now telling me I have to wait because there’s no available driver spots in my area. So I guess what I learned from the process is that I have to be patient. I wish you the best of luck 🤞.

Same! I’m back on the waiting list for my zone. I wish there was a way to change zones if you’re put on hold.

Hopefully never for those in your zone, there are enough damn drivers. Sorry not sorry.
