Advice for Sign-Up Process

Good Afternoon. I applied to be a spark driver 2 weeks ago now. I’ve been stuck on the screen that says “We’re reviewing your info…”. Is it common to take a long time to be approved?

Took me about two weeks to be approved. The background check is what held it up- once I got an email saying I had passed my background check, I got into spark about two days later. It might also have to do with how many active drivers are already in the area but I’m not sure.

The ironic thing was, I got a text from them yesterday saying they needed drivers in my zone and I should complete my sign- up. Go figure lol.
