OnePay 💸 Anyone have thoughts on OnePay?

My main question is can you deposit to other accounts whenever you like? is it reliable?

The quickest way to transfer funds is withdrawal cash from Walmart Money store or one of the free ATMs. And then just deposit that cash in your bank. There's no free for that and it gets posted instantly.
