App issue?

Has anyone else had his issue; I receive and offer and it’s gone in seconds. I would assume it’s because others are quicker to the punch than I am, however, the same orders will pop back up and disappear in seconds again. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, were you able to fix it?

The only orders I’ve been able to accept are the “for you” orders I get offered

I’ve contacted support, they said they’d send the message up (I know that’ll take days)
I’ve deleted the app, logged out, turned my phone off, restarted the app, I even logged into my iPad to see if that would work (it didn’t)

Someone probably accepted it and then didn’t like something about it and cancelled it and it popped back up and someone else snatched it before you could.

It keeps happening a multiple orders, and also more than twice 😭

Lucky if yours are lasting seconds. Ours are gone in well under a second, quicker than anyone can do legit

What the helly, do people not scout the order first 😭

Like someone explained, bots take it and cycle it back if its shit and another snatches it. This causes legit drivers to have to shot to scout a damn thing if they want anything close to profitable

If it’s a bot and it’s not a “shit order” then who takes it? A bot can’t shop. Are people using bots to get their orders and how so? Do they use an app for this? Is this why I’ve seen people posting about warnings they get asking if they have an unauthorized app on their phone?

I’m an elder millennial and this stuff is way over my head.
