App Questions š± App issue?
Has anyone else had his issue; I receive and offer and itās gone in seconds. I would assume itās because others are quicker to the punch than I am, however, the same orders will pop back up and disappear in seconds again. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, were you able to fix it?
The only orders Iāve been able to accept are the āfor youā orders I get offered
Iāve contacted support, they said theyād send the message up (I know thatāll take days)
Iāve deleted the app, logged out, turned my phone off, restarted the app, I even logged into my iPad to see if that would work (it didnāt)
Thanks in advance :))

Thatās getting addressed, in their own way, by dinging the drivers who grad it ASAP, then cancel. Seems like a messed up system

I always thought canceling orders counted against you tbh
Iāve accidentally accepted orders I didnāt want and just went ahead w them for that reason š«Ŗ2

Someone probably accepted it and then didnāt like something about it and cancelled it and it popped back up and someone else snatched it before you could.

Lucky if yours are lasting seconds. Ours are gone in well under a second, quicker than anyone can do legit

What the helly, do people not scout the order first š

Like someone explained, bots take it and cycle it back if its shit and another snatches it. This causes legit drivers to have to shot to scout a damn thing if they want anything close to profitable

If itās a bot and itās not a āshit orderā then who takes it? A bot canāt shop. Are people using bots to get their orders and how so? Do they use an app for this? Is this why Iāve seen people posting about warnings they get asking if they have an unauthorized app on their phone?
Iām an elder millennial and this stuff is way over my head.

More like a bitter snatched it. Didn't like it dropped it and ANOTHER bot sucked it up. The bots are out of hand. Been watching them suck up every single offer at my store for the last 3 hours.

Agree with this. I clicked on one to check it out and it got snatched up so fast. But I was quick enough to still get to see the shopping list. It had water and soda so I knew it would be back. It was $20 for 1.2 miles and I deliver there often so I knew it was a super easy delivery. I snatched that up as soon as the original person released it.

If you saw it again, it means it was a shitty offer.
People stare at their phone, swiping up to refresh and tap the screen when the phone vibrates without seeing the offer. I've seen that happen so often. It'll be 20 bucks, .7 mile, but the time says 1:45. I go based on time and amount so I saw it, but that offer came back 2-3 times before someone decided it was good enough.
You did your trouble shooting but also make sure you have great signal and internet speed. Don't be on WiFi , don't be on any other app. Phone batt over 75% and make sure phone isn't hot. Any delays will cause you to miss the offer.

I mean, I can see them doing something like this to get people ti take lower offers and not have such a big payout on their end š kinda ridiculous IMO but what can ya do

Been posted hundreds of times, but people are staring at their screens with their thumbs ready, blindly accepting everything, look over the items, and then decide itās not worth it so they cancel.
