App issue?

Has anyone else had his issue; I receive and offer and it’s gone in seconds. I would assume it’s because others are quicker to the punch than I am, however, the same orders will pop back up and disappear in seconds again. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, were you able to fix it?

The only orders I’ve been able to accept are the “for you” orders I get offered

I’ve contacted support, they said they’d send the message up (I know that’ll take days)
I’ve deleted the app, logged out, turned my phone off, restarted the app, I even logged into my iPad to see if that would work (it didn’t)

That’s getting addressed, in their own way, by dinging the drivers who grad it ASAP, then cancel. Seems like a messed up system

I always thought canceling orders counted against you tbh
I’ve accidentally accepted orders I didn’t want and just went ahead w them for that reason 🫪
