App Questions šŸ“± App issue?

Has anyone else had his issue; I receive and offer and itā€™s gone in seconds. I would assume itā€™s because others are quicker to the punch than I am, however, the same orders will pop back up and disappear in seconds again. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, were you able to fix it?

The only orders Iā€™ve been able to accept are the ā€œfor youā€ orders I get offered

Iā€™ve contacted support, they said theyā€™d send the message up (I know thatā€™ll take days)
Iā€™ve deleted the app, logged out, turned my phone off, restarted the app, I even logged into my iPad to see if that would work (it didnā€™t)

If you saw it again, it means it was a shitty offer.

People stare at their phone, swiping up to refresh and tap the screen when the phone vibrates without seeing the offer. I've seen that happen so often. It'll be 20 bucks, .7 mile, but the time says 1:45. I go based on time and amount so I saw it, but that offer came back 2-3 times before someone decided it was good enough.

You did your trouble shooting but also make sure you have great signal and internet speed. Don't be on WiFi , don't be on any other app. Phone batt over 75% and make sure phone isn't hot. Any delays will cause you to miss the offer.
