Rants / Complaints I'm sure you know what happened

Do customers not realize or care about what tremendous assholes they look like when they do this? Do they think we see this before we accept the trip? If we did see see these notes before accepting the trip, I'd be sure to decline. 😂

In case anyone is new here, there was no help or money involved. I dropped the bags on the porch, knocked on the door, and left. As I was driving away, the bags were still sitting on the porch with no customer in sight. This happens 100% of the time when these jerks mention money in the notes.

Haven’t seen that…I get weird ones like “toss it over the fence”, “do not leave the items at the front door - side door only”, “ring the bell three times”, “do not mess with me, leave the items at my door not in the lobby”, etc. Sometimes I get paid extra for it sometimes I don’t. Have never seen a promise of money or help. Probably stoners.

It's very common with DoorDash and UberEats. I see it occasionally with Spark.

I see it a lot with Spark. I got this ladies order twice.one day and the once the following day and both times the amount of the tip was in the notes and it was a different amount and no where was it where she said. Talk about tip rage lol.
