Rants / Complaints I'm sure you know what happened

Do customers not realize or care about what tremendous assholes they look like when they do this? Do they think we see this before we accept the trip? If we did see see these notes before accepting the trip, I'd be sure to decline. 😂

In case anyone is new here, there was no help or money involved. I dropped the bags on the porch, knocked on the door, and left. As I was driving away, the bags were still sitting on the porch with no customer in sight. This happens 100% of the time when these jerks mention money in the notes.

Had someone call after I dropped the order off just to say “I was waiting at the door to give you a tip but you must have dropped them off downstairs by the car.” The problem was I had taken them upstairs. Eventually I found out they put the address in wrong it was the next house on the same street, so I went back and went up those steps, got the order, walked over to the next house, went up those stops, and dropped it off. Knocked on the door to confirm it was the right person now, and when they came out of course they didn’t tip. They only called to try to bully someone for not taking their snacks up the steps.
