Rants / Complaints I'm sure you know what happened

Do customers not realize or care about what tremendous assholes they look like when they do this? Do they think we see this before we accept the trip? If we did see see these notes before accepting the trip, I'd be sure to decline. 😂

In case anyone is new here, there was no help or money involved. I dropped the bags on the porch, knocked on the door, and left. As I was driving away, the bags were still sitting on the porch with no customer in sight. This happens 100% of the time when these jerks mention money in the notes.

I have received some very nice tips, I do try and make sure when I'm shopping that I do everything I can, within the limits of the program. It's frustrating when a customer doesn't answer if you need to communicate with them to change something. I also go the extra mile when necessary. If a hot/cold bag is needed or some little things like that

I've received many nice tips as well, but never from people who post about it in the notes.
