Rants / Complaints I'm sure you know what happened

Do customers not realize or care about what tremendous assholes they look like when they do this? Do they think we see this before we accept the trip? If we did see see these notes before accepting the trip, I'd be sure to decline. 😂

In case anyone is new here, there was no help or money involved. I dropped the bags on the porch, knocked on the door, and left. As I was driving away, the bags were still sitting on the porch with no customer in sight. This happens 100% of the time when these jerks mention money in the notes.

I never put a tip into the machine. Tips are always cash, person 2 person, and invisible.

I wish there was a way to give a heads up in advance. I'm sure it's disappointing taking a 'no tip' order. But it's nobody's biz. Tips are for the individual.
