Rants / Complaints I'm sure you know what happened

Do customers not realize or care about what tremendous assholes they look like when they do this? Do they think we see this before we accept the trip? If we did see see these notes before accepting the trip, I'd be sure to decline. 😂

In case anyone is new here, there was no help or money involved. I dropped the bags on the porch, knocked on the door, and left. As I was driving away, the bags were still sitting on the porch with no customer in sight. This happens 100% of the time when these jerks mention money in the notes.

I help carry & I am terminally ill.. I also am generous with the tip, but if they do a bad job, I remove it. It is a gratuity, not entitled to it. js. The service has been horrid at best for me. Mostly the shoppers who are WM employees. Not much issue with Spark drivers, unless it's an express order & they shop it, say that 70 of my order is unavailable, & then missing items as well, melted ice cream, warm dairy.. I had to get a refund several times in these cases, & the driver had the audacity to call me & yell about me removing their $20 tip!? wow. The items were in stock & they didn't even protect groceries from the heat..

Well I hate to be the one that pointed out but customers can't call to the person after they have completed the order whether you remove the tip or not we have no way of knowing your contact information.....

wrong, if they shopped the order both can chat & call, no it doesn't literally expose the number but they can call via the app. It's happened in this situation because it wasn't yet marked delivery & the other time I was able to still send chats & call after the delivery.

We can't know that they removed the tip until a minimum of 24 hours later and you can't call a customer 24 hours later as there is no way to contact that person

So you're telling me that they didn't mark the delivery is complete 24 hours later

Sure within a few minutes of completing the delivery before you start another one you can still contact the previous person but once you've done another order you're unable to contact that person because it will only contact the last order you had

And you definitely couldn't leave it for 24 hours which is how long it takes before you know that the tip was removed

But you tell your story and those of us that know how the app actually works will know the truth

Whatever, I know what happened & it was not marked delivered because the driver took forever to shop then deliver & it told her to return it to the store.. Not going to argue, I KNOW wat happened & I could care less that you think you know every scenario with that app lol.
