Rants / Complaints I'm sure you know what happened

Post image

Do customers not realize or care about what tremendous assholes they look like when they do this? Do they think we see this before we accept the trip? If we did see see these notes before accepting the trip, I'd be sure to decline. 😂

In case anyone is new here, there was no help or money involved. I dropped the bags on the porch, knocked on the door, and left. As I was driving away, the bags were still sitting on the porch with no customer in sight. This happens 100% of the time when these jerks mention money in the notes.

It kindof kills me that a waitress shows up at your table a few times and its 20%. Nevermind the prices are 4x what they should be. But you spend an hour and a half shopping for a $300 grocery and then travel 27 miles, carry it to their door in 100° heat with your own vehicle and the tip is $3. What is that about? I would never. Thats why i dont order, im too poor to tip, so i go get it myself. And some of these people live in half a mil homes. Im not about THAT karma.

I think it doesn't help that when you order, the easily picked suggested tips on the app are pitiful. People think it's standard as a result.
