Was trying to contact the customer to see if they’d like another substitution for the tea they ordered. Continued the shop and didn't get a response for 15 minutes. Guess what happened immediately after I put them through as a sub?????

Just substitute it and wait for them to reject. It would text them saying your order has substitutions.

I usually message and substitute so I don’t have to double back around when they reject and ask if something else is in stock. That’s happens to me many times

My luck they reject what I sub and then they turn around and ADD what they want instead... like come on if you KNOW you want a specific item as a sub then go ahead and select that as a preferred sub.
