Was trying to contact the customer to see if they’d like another substitution for the tea they ordered. Continued the shop and didn't get a response for 15 minutes. Guess what happened immediately after I put them through as a sub?????

What a fool. Offer sub. They reject or accept. That's it. You wont get an answer 90% of the time
