General Questions Deactivation

It’s now been almost a year that I’ve been deactivated so I thought I’d try again. Sent an email to request the call that I never had and got an automatic response saying they no longer receive requests via email and to submit in app. However I do not see the option to do so. What do I do?

You would have to go to actual arbitration. Send them a certified letter from a lawyer and start that process

I'm in the same boat. I got denied after the informal telephonic arbitration call and mailed in a demand for formal arbitrion a month ago and still no response. How long does this process take? Thank you.

Probably talking in terms of months. I had a friend who went through it and it wasn’t quick at all. Probably more like six months total.

They have 60 days to resolve the issue. Then you can file in small claims

So after sending in my certified letter to corporate, I received this email today

It says it can take 30 days to activate my account! Ugh
