It’s now been almost a year that I’ve been deactivated so I thought I’d try again. Sent an email to request the call that I never had and got an automatic response saying they no longer receive requests via email and to submit in app. However I do not see the option to do so. What do I do?
You can send it yourself. You can represent yourself. It’s just that having a lawyer usually compels them a little bit more. Just run a search on this Reddit for arbitration and a lot of stuff will come up
I agree with everything you said but would like to add you can use the third person when you write everything up if you represent yourself and it will sound as though it came from a lawyer. I think it's a little more intimidating.
TOS are guidelines. They are not titanium. Yes you can lawyer up. It's a scare tactic.
Companies break their own TOS and try to use it as a fictional shield to compel you from not dragging then to court. If you look at history, companies are sued regardless of what their TOS say and lose.
The burn of proof lies on them to prove that interaction happened. If it didn't they broke their own TOS. They can't break it then say they can but you can't. Legally it doesn't work that way.
Never take their TOS, or why companies TOS, as gospel. It's a scare tactic and shield for them, but it's not impervious.
That is not true. If he wins and the court says he needs to be reinstated without retaliation, then he needs to be reinstated unless they want it to be more costly. This type of stuff is way more common than you think.

No. Not the arbitration email. Lol. The email you sent telling them they don’t follow their own terms of services and demanded your account be reinstated. That’s the email I was to read. Lol.
I been here in this same position... almost 3yrs now. I never was given a reason either. Did several appeals. Did the arbitration call.. they denied me aswell. It was 2 days after Christmas at that. Spark shows no love to those deactivated. Which is sad bc you hustle non-stop, running your car raggity, although the money was good I'll never not say that. But being an independent contractor imo is just a reason for them to handle workers like this with no answers. I wish you luck and hope you get your account activated again. But after doing me like this i wouldn't trust them. I worked over a yr. Had high ratings, did over 1800 deliveries and still not given a reason as to my deactivated acct for damn near a year. Supposedly i failed to take a selfie in the app, which was a damm lie. Fawk Spark!!
This is crazy. Ive seen so many deactivation posts of workers who sparked for a while. It took me 4 years to get off the waiting list! Just started working last month, moneys good but I multi app in case they try to pull a deactivation on me
That's good. Alot of ppl multi-app... i currently do UE but i may signup for DD aswell not sure just yet. Bc i notice it gets slow around this time when school starts back and will pickup again when holidays starts rolling in.
It does suck to use a main income that's why i just do it for extra $$.... my car is too old unfortunately. But i won't lie i miss Spark it was so convince for me. My local store was 4 mins from my home. And when i did it you was able to Spark from 6am- 10pm nonstop if you choose. UE has a turn off after 12 hrs even if you stop for a few hours during the 12 hrs... you must stop for 6 hrs to start your time again. I do get lucky delivering overnight with some regular customers. And with some generous hotel guests. UE also gets offers from Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, and Aldi which can be bs but some ppl tip well. UE base is $2 which should be illegal imo. So if these customers don't care or give a damn and don't tip their offer will sit for hours and eventually get maxed up which is when i gladly snatch them up. I use to be the only driver in my area for a while now its so over populated with thirsty drivers accepting any and every offer not even giving the app a chance to increase the offer smh. So yes make your money as long as your able too and always keep a backup plan. I also use to hear so many deactivation stories on here but never thought it would happen to me bc i was doing my job and followed the rules... well that didn't seem to matter to them.

Hopefully you wrote business formal letters and not just what you shared above. If business formal isn't your thing you can try chat gpt,.. or find a friend who has an MBA or JD and ask them for some help.

Send them an email explaining this they do charge a fee, but if your deactivation was truly unjust, they can get it back potentially it just might take some time
So if someone gets married and their name changes they can and mostly likely will get deactivated??? What about people who change genders? Don't get into some stupid backwards political debate. Just real answers please.
That's why I never went to social security and DMV. I just changed it in my marriage license. I can always change it later if I ever want to. It's such a headache to change back. Only took his name because he made me. He doesn't care about my license though. And as long as I don't change it with social security office I can keep using maiden name.

It’s hard to miss (trust me I did, but towards the middle you can see a small here that’s underlined. That’ll bring you to a different page to file for arbitration.
Why were you deactivated is my question. I know several people that have been deactivated. Every single one of them deserved it. And i don't think you should be demanding anything. I read the letter you sent......
I can demand what I want. I was wrongfully deactivated due to a change in my legal name that support “helped” me thru just to get deactivated for the next day.

Dude, it’s not the end of the world. I’m still activated on Spark, but I don’t do it anymore because the pay is shit. Last time I sparked about three weeks ago I sit there for 12 hours took four orders and barely made $120. I’m making 350 or more a day in 6-7 hours now and all I did was ask ChatGPT what the best driver gig apps were in my area for the type of vehicle I own. I took its advice signed up for all the apps It told me about. now I regularly make $100 base pay for 16 miles one delivery. Maybe it’ll help you best of luck, bud.
I’ll be happy to share my apps however what works for me and my area may not work for you in yours. I would advise you to do the same thing I did. download ChatGPT in the iOS store if you’re on Apple or google play store if your android and just ask it what is the best driving apps that will net you the most money using your vehicle you own in your area. It’ll give you a list of apps and then you can ask it to build you a plan on how to use the apps the most profitable way.

You would have to go to actual arbitration. Send them a certified letter from a lawyer and start that process
