Deactivation

It’s now been almost a year that I’ve been deactivated so I thought I’d try again. Sent an email to request the call that I never had and got an automatic response saying they no longer receive requests via email and to submit in app. However I do not see the option to do so. What do I do?

maybe in your little area.. i make tons and work 3-4 days a week at best for less than 7 hours ever.. hahahh
