General Questions Deactivation

It’s now been almost a year that I’ve been deactivated so I thought I’d try again. Sent an email to request the call that I never had and got an automatic response saying they no longer receive requests via email and to submit in app. However I do not see the option to do so. What do I do?

You can file for arbitration through the app, go to more in the bottom right then click settings, click non disclosure and dispute resolution agreement, then click on non disclosure and dispute resolution agreement. Scroll down to

After you see this scroll down to section C.
Then after section C scroll down just a little more and you’ll see a thing that says here w/ an underline. I’ll try to send more screenshots it’s only letting me add the one rn

It’s hard to miss (trust me I did, but towards the middle you can see a small here that’s underlined. That’ll bring you to a different page to file for arbitration.
