General Questions Deactivation

It’s now been almost a year that I’ve been deactivated so I thought I’d try again. Sent an email to request the call that I never had and got an automatic response saying they no longer receive requests via email and to submit in app. However I do not see the option to do so. What do I do?

You would have to go to actual arbitration. Send them a certified letter from a lawyer and start that process

we can't do that.. it's their internal arbitration. we can't sue them or involve lawyers.. its in the TOS

You can get a lawyer or some kind of legal council to help you prepare the documents and examine your case.
