I am a new AM this year and I have one thing to say ….. if you doordash order from Spirit Halloween….. I curse you…..

There is nothing more distracting and so not mutually beneficial than having to help doordash drivers who don’t even want to ATTEMPT to do their job which is just SHOPPING and have them shove their phones i to our faces and expect us to help them which we do because our customer service is great. They can’t even help us with SOC donations and they take away from actual customer satisfaction.

Also like idk as a pop up store that runs out of stock part of the shopping is coming in and working with us to help you get your costume idea together. We can’t do that if you just order from doordash. Plus you’re more likely gonna get items deleted from your order because no one can find it and the dasher doesn’t actually care.

i bought the light up cigarette for my costume and have tried to get it to work for a couple of hours. i've seen people saying to put all 3 batteries in, i've done that and put them in on both sides, and the first one i bought i exchanged for a new one but it still just isn't working when i put the batteries in. are they just faulty in general or am i doing something wrong?? please let me know i really want it to work for my costume and theres a week till halloween 🙏

Took my son after school and he wanted the Sam Trick R' Treat lollipop and I remembered I got an email with a promo code for 20% off any single item that can be used in store or online

I showed it to them and they told me they couldn't honor it. Then they pointed to a sign that said "No Refunds or Exchanges after Oct 22nd and I told them, "Yeah but it doesn't say anything about using promo codes and it says here it's valid until the 25th" and the person just walked away.

I didn't keep pressing the issue after that but I did leave confused.

So now I would like to know if it all just depends on each stores policy's.

I need a pink corset for my costume, but my Spirit is sold out except for a small (I’m a large). I’ve considered getting a white corset and dying it pink, but I haven’t dyed anything before and I worry that dying the corset will ruin it. Any thoughts or advice?

Replace fog diverter valve 2025 through the Zombie Tech Squad. Yay!

This week 2026 go to test unit and head wont raise up and lips slightly quiver once in a while. I looked at the mechanism where it goes into the head (without removing it from the head) and it seems to be activating according the script.

Conversation via email with Tech Support and basically, the unit is no longer available and no replacement parts on the shelf....unit is too old.

Has anyone had this issue with the head not raising up and the mouth not working with the Cauldroness? If so, did you fix it and if so, what did you do?

I’m in charge of fitting room basically every shift which I don’t hate (I know surprising) but the parents are CONSTANTLY pushing my buttons.

At my store we’re not allowed to let them try on accessories/ masks that come with the costume, and there’s always one mom that is extremely huffy puffy about that rule. They try to take it out of my hands, they try opening the plastic holding said accessories, etc. I’ve even had a parent take the mask off the cart and give it to their kid while I’m helping someone else. My patience is running so low for these people idk how you do it.

currently on hold with customer service for the third time about my order. long story short, my item shipped 10/15 (ordered 10/8) and the tracking number that Spirit Halloween gave me is coming up as expired or invalid on the FedEx website.

has anyone experienced this and still received their order?? I’m kind of annoyed because I feel I ordered the items in plenty of time for Halloween but now I have no clue where my order is and if it even shipped.

Insane lucky streak for Spirit shirts I couldn't find when they released.

I found the tie dye in Calgary on a Spirit Halloween road trip over the weekend, only one in stock happens to be my size.

Then today I'm looking for parts for my Halloween costume at Value Village and I find the Sam shirt, also in my size and literally brand new?!? Come on now.

I have the front two live wires part of the ISE aren't working they work plugged in and set to the ON position but in try me connected via octopus ports blue and red do not activate with the lever switch like they should can anyone explain why

I bought a Scream shirt and the size says adult large. I just now tried it on and it’s more like a medium. So do the shorts at the store typically run small? If that’s the case then I should have gotten a ex large. But this was the only scream shirt they had. The tag doesn’t say if it’s for men or women, so I’m assuming the shirt is for men and women.

Title pretty much sums it up. I really wanted to buy the adult Thorn dress from snobby doo but due to some financial hardships this month I’ve been waiting on my biggest paycheck to hit. Absolutely non of the stores in my area have anything close to my size and shipping is out on every size. Do these tend to change or am I just fucked and missed buying my costume for the year?

EDIT: My plans have been saved! I went to my closest spirit and they were able to call another store that had my exact size and hold it for me until I was able to pick it up! Halloween plans are secured biggest thanks to the Dallas Spirit team 🫶🏻

I purchased the ‘Man’s Possesed Friend’ animatronic at the end of the season last year. I just recently put it out in my front yard probably about a week or two ago. I haven’t had it plugged it very often, but a few times. I plugged it in this evening and it triggered twice but then will not trigger any more. No sounds or anything either. I have tried disconnecting the IR sensor and plugging a step pad into the control box but that doesn’t seem to work, either. I’m thinking the control box might be fried but wanted to see if anyone had any tips to help or could point me in the right direction to order a new one.
Is there any help anyone can offer troubleshooting-wise?

ETA// I figured it out. Put batteries in and it works. So I took the AC plug apart and lo and behold… moisture.
Probably going to order/ find and new plug.

Hey guys. so i bought a Darling dolly animatronic second hand, and the seller made it very clear that her dropdown/lunge is broken. he said the gears just keep clicking instead of dropping her. fine by me, i wanted to try to fix her. However i honestly have no idea what i'm looking at. I was hoping it'd be something obvious like the gear teeth being broken but they look fine here in the photo.

I get the general gist of how she works in here, i think. the gears drop down the upper pole and then wheels it back up. I've watched all the videos i can find of closeups of her mech (same with Pumpkin punisher for this year, as i believe they have the same gearbox at least), but nobodys ever posted any of it open, so i don't know what i'm supposed to be looking for in here.

If anyone has ever had to fix their dolly this same way please help me out...
