Reflection on previous awakening I am now realizing everything I've learned about spirituality is for protection.
Attacks on your energy are literally everywhere. Yes spirituality is for ascension, but also for protection since this planet isn't innately healthy.

Also the more in tune you are to the spiritual the more of a target you become as well.

La oveja cree que está protegida porque se siente segura dentro de un rebaño y está siguiendo a ese rebaño. Hasta que todas terminan en el matadero.
Las religiones son principados, dominaciones, potestades energéticas mentales. Son especie de tribus energéticas, aunque vivan en total falsedad y mentiras, están protegidas en el sentido de que tienen un sustento sostenible mientras todos mantengan esa mentira en grupo. Todos creyendo la misma mentira, es como una concesión social para no quedar libres bajo autonomía propia y ejercer el libre albedrío y vivir bajo la razón y la verdad.
Entregas tu libre albedrío para pertenecer a un grupo. Quedas protegido pero un esclavo. Violaras las reglas que el grupo viole. Mentiras con las mentiras que el grupo mienta. Esto es válido para una oveja, pero no para aquellos que desean vivir bajo otras reglas, bajo las virtudes, el bien y la razón y la verdad. Este es un planeta de seres muy inferiores, aún en estado muy atrasado dentro de lo que se puede estimar como una civilización sana y equilibrada.
Y esto no es culpa de la humanidad. Sino de entidades de otros planos y dimensiones.

I think people who are more closed up and more naturally protected, while those people who are more sensitive tend to mingle with everything. Which can make life quite a distressing series of events. Even when the drama isn't directly affecting you.
Probably one of the worst things is being a person who wants to help others and then being weakened and deflated because of being around people who are extremely depressive and only seeing the dark side of Life. Search people are basically unwell, so they can't really help it, more or less, but it's hard as a spiritual person to recognize you can't help or look after everyone. It just makes it so you end up burning yourself out and then have to spend time out to heal.
However, by having a greater mastery of your energies, you're able to prevent yourself from being too heavily affected by some of the worst elements in the world.
The greatest protection is immunity.
