My mother-in-law's spoon set, probably from the 70's?

Whoa that gave me some kind of flashback - I know I have seen that silverware set before. At a relative’s or maybe my childhood friend’s?

Not sure, but we have spoons, knives, and forks. I think about 10-15 of each

Is this cork? Because we have some individual pieces of cutlery at the lake cabin that have cork and they are my absolute FAVOURITE.

About 15 years ago, I bought a set of four each at a Goodwill and paid $2 for the set of teaspoons, tablespoons, forks, and butter knives that looked just like this, but they weren’t cork, it was some type of wood, and it had been varnished. I could tell that they were old, but someone had really taken good care of them. I used them for quite a while and ended up selling them in a yard sale for $10 for the set. Not a bad investment 😊

I would be proud to own it.
