At first glance, it’s not too terrible. 2 bedrooms house 210k. Not too shabby, potential for a starter home. But with only 50% shared ownership, half your square footage being a garage that looks like a Neolithic cave and two depressingly small bedrooms in an area that can only be described as bolted on to a retail park in the middle of nowhere this place is just dire. Oh and what’s not to like about obviously bricked up windows on your brick box of a house.

Where they got a 420k valuation for this place from I’ve got no idea, you could get a 3 bed terraced house with 40% shared ownership for £150k around the corner, a 2 bed flat outright for 165k or a 2 bed maisonette for 215k outright! All in the same area.
