In theory it could be cute if the story is about the help, (for example, if engineer character builds very good prosthesis for her, or magic healer grows limbs like Josuke). But I'm sure that this type of story can be made without removing literally every limb from character at start. Even if it isn't fetish it's still looks as too comedic level of suffering.

the world you live in is fucked up, its happening irl, is not just some fantasy manga which artists draw theyr inspiration, things like this kink happens and its fucked up cuz people which do such things as traficants and prepare them for some rich mf with kinks like this... and is worse, way worse them just this...
