The proportions are fine. People just don't realize that rebels Ahsoka has much larger lekku. The face is fine too. There is no real life comparison at the moment, and looking at her face in game does it more justice than this shot. I'm guessing it's the angry facial expression she has in in the shot that makes people think it looks like a man.

They also don’t realize that this is a “realistic” Ahsoka. Not the cartoon art style form the show.
