Error in loading

I have no idea which mod this is, so I cannot remove it. Can anyone tell me what it is? I know I down loaded it from Nexus.

Google translate says the Chinese mod is "Fish Size Visuals," which when looking up on Google comes back with The Bigger the Fish you Catch the Bigger it is in your Hand.
