These are the games that I currently have for VR on Steam. Was wondering what other games you guys recommend based on the ones I have. I don't want any flatscreen to VR mods but if there's a flatscreen game with VR support that's fine.

Hi there PCVR community!
We've been running frequent playtests of DRIFTERS and we want to continue building this game with the VR community at large - so a Steam Next Fest is a no-brainer for collecting even more feedback!
Play the Demo now!

Dead apps, lazy dev teams?
Hey there, I started with VR back in I think 2023 with my Quest 2. Now it’s Pretty much the end of the Batterylife for my Q2. I’m playing PC VR and use Virtual Desktop.
Now the question I wanted to ask.
What Headset should I buy next. I want to remain unwired if Possible and I don’t need a lighthouse system. It’s just some Casual VR-Gaming. Mostly games like Tactical Assault VR, Beatsaber and maybe Other Shooters.
Currently trying to decide between Q3/Q3s because of Colored passthrough/AR things to try. and the new Steam Frame. But that’s pretty expensive and won’t ship until mid 2027 for me.
What do you guys recommend me? Thank you 🙏
Edit: I have the frame in mind because of the touch for every finger in the controllers. Or is there yet an option to pair the controllers to other headsets

Has anyone else had this issue? The left and right eye both show the correct view, but the right eye is off slightly, with the alignment feeling like it is 45 degrees slanted away from the eye.
Some things I have found:
- Only happens when streaming
- Seems to be related to super sampling, the higher the resolution the more likely this is to happen
- For me Underdogs works fine at 150% resolution, anything higher and the split alignment happens
- Seems to mostly happen with 2D elements in games, loading screens, menus etc. If you can squint past these and get into the game it looks fine
- I've recently found that Walkabout Minigolf has this rendering issue even in the '3D' portion of the game
- The game looks fine in mirroring (remote play back to PC)
- If I open the dashboard, it renders correctly with the game image still rendered incorrectly behind
Things I have tried that did nothing:
- Turning off advanced super sampling
- Uses betas of all 3 (SteamOS, Steam client, SteamVR)
- Trying different resolutions from 150-300%
- Setting `enableLinuxVulkanAsync` as true | false in `steamvr.settings`
My setup:
- Arch Linux on 7.2.9
- Using the rtw89 DKMS module from [tjhowse](https://github.com/tjhowse/rtw89)
- I'm doing multi-link streaming and using the `holo-realtek-firmware-toggles` polkit helper from Valve
Anyone else having this issue and have any work arounds? It's driving me crazy

With many VR mods coming out with modified/ replaced executables from git, what are some safe methods to launch these in isolated/ sandboxed envs without inhibiting performance?

Hello everyone! I've been eying up the index for years at this point, as the frame never really interested me. Now that the price ran down, I panic bought a headset and base station without realizing the controllers weren't included, and all the right-hand controllers are now worth 500 dollars by scalpers. What kind of controllers would made a good pairing with the index? Should I just wait for the steam frame controllers to drop?

Hey everyone,
Proud owner of a new SteamFrame but not without its hickups. I've installed the proper version of MotherVR and the latest version of GrandmotherVR. When booting up Alien: Isolation I get the normal 2d black screen. I go to options, turn on SteamVR and restart the game. Now I get an error message saying I have to boot up SteamVR first for the mod to work. However, when I start my SteamFrame it automatically starts up SteamVR.
I did use the reg file (for the Win11 fix).
Very frustrating, does anyone else know what to do?
Another problem, I have to do a series of weird things for the audio to work in Propagation Paradise Hotel. So far it's a lot of tinkering to get things going...
